The Film India (“the Company”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how the Company collects, uses, discloses and protects your personally identifiable information and non personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy also explains when you receive communications from the Company or other persons on behalf of the Company. This Privacy Policy applies to all who use or access the Application www.thefilmindia.com (and affiliate Application, www.thefilmindiaapp.com(collectively and individually referred to herein as the “Application”).

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We/The Film India reserve the right to up-to date or change our privacy policy at any time and you should check this privacy policy periodically and you can continue use the same with modification with your consent to abide and be bound by the modified privacy policy.
Collection of Information
The Company collects two types of information about you:
